- By LiveChat - Schedule an online conference chat with your Account Manager. Some clients choose to schedule a chat once a month as a monthly update and brainstorming session.
- By Elevation - If at any time you are unsatisfied with your Account Manager, ServerWise Support or the respones you are receiving we ask that you elevate the situation to our Customer Service Manager who in turn will go directly to our President and CEO if necessary.
