"When I first contacted ServerWise [regarding adult shared specialty package] I was disappointed not to get any response from the order I placed for an account. I had already cancelled the account and moved to someone else when you [Customer Service Manager - Linda] emailed me to say you were having problems with your mail systems. Krista took the time to contact me after I decided to give you a second chance just to reinforce what had already been said by way of an apology.
